    The rubber washer provided is smaller than the standard sink hole as is the nut provided so it wont secure the unit

    I replaced the rubber washer with the metal washer larger than the hole from the old unit and that worked fine

    I dont know how the manufacturer expects the unit to work as is but even if you have to buy a washer you should still save paying 30 or more for the next highest priced dispenser

    On the plastic ones the metal paint wears off quickly and it looks bad

    Works ok but you need to pump it 2 or 3 times to get enough soap also the escutcheon plate is very small for my sink
