Well made from chromed brass. Looks good & appears to be well made. This valve is by far the best quality product i have bought on amazon.
The valve/handle assembly is smooth and operates flawlessly. It turns smoothly, too.

Cons
When tightening it stops when it gets tight. It either feeds to one arm or both atthe same time, not one or the other. It was either assembled incorrectly or is a poor design.

It is not an issue for the rain shower head, but it is more noticeable with the handheld shower head.

The plastic diverter had a knob on the side that she found extremely difficult to turn and the knob always seems rather tight

The diverter has a lever style valve switch which is way easier and smoother to operate

First picture shows the valve being replaced o ring kept popping out and saturating my ceiling couldn’t handle the stress… lessons learned required a solid unit and found it
