The only issue is the attachment hardware. Turns out that it can be tightened via a nut at the mounting location.

Cons

The round disk in the middle is too small and the small screw can’t tighten al thee way to it. Even though the dimensions are given, once i went to install the towel bar, it projects out a bit farther than would be expected.
