Pros
It looks great and leaves enough room for even a jumbo roll of towels. Fits the largest paper towel rolls walmart sells. Very nice. Very sleek and modern.
The paper towel is easy to change. Easy to install. Super easy install.
Best it’s off my counter! Took the place of my countertop towel holder. Installed it myself into ikea cabinet. It's not super fun doing it under a cabinet without any help, but it's doable.
Easy to install and sturdy. The whole rig is held to the installation bracket by a single soft screw, tightened via allen key. After mounting per instructions and tightening the mounting screws and set screws thoroughly, it still moves very slightly.
Perfect matte black. I'm a renter but it doesn't mean i want less quality in my finishes. I just wish it was bit more wraped/protected because the paper towel holder came a bit dented.
Cons
It sags and is now crooked as soon as i put a roll of papertowels on it. Continues to defy proper instillation in 3/4 drywall. Disassembled and remounted.

This adds about 3 inch to the roll length you should know that if you read the product description which i didnti installed it vertically it allows to
