The bottom of the can completely rusted out in 12 months time

The handle snaps onto the brush and when i attempt to clean my toilet bowl with a light touch it comes apart onto two pieces again

After second use base container leaked onto a marble floor causing a rust stain in the shape of the base which will not come out and now we have a ruined floor
