Pros

It installs well and looks great. All the screws, bolts and allen wrench were included. Can be installed vertically or horizontally.


Cons

We couldn't be more disappointed in this product. Would not recommend. Never installed. Today, i am going to patch the wall and buy something else.

Does not fit a *new, full* roll of costco/kirkland toilet paper. The fixture is too weak to hold a roll of paper. This needs to be slightly redesigned to work smoother.

    I work in the warranty department for a home builder we purchase a much more expensive version that over time becomes loose and starts to droop as it’s not fused

    Unscrew the back piece with the allen wrench they provide then get your drill to screw in the back piece

    It did not make it to where they actually do change the toilet paper but i can’t knock off any stars for that
