Now lets talk about the main issue it has and coincidentally the reason so many people say it leaks

So if when you are aligning this piece to screw onto your plastic fill valve if you are even off by 1 degree it will rip right into those plastic threads or at least with this cheapo costco toilet i was installing it onto

As its ripping into those threads at the wrong angle it will turn a few times 1 to 3 max and get very hard to turn

This will make you think you have it on nice and tight especially if you cant see behind your toilet very well because you have a 1piece toilet like this costco one was or other reasons

Anyways to tell if its on right grab the t connector below the nut you just tightened and wiggle it if you can feel it loosely wiggle at all you have installed it incorrectly

I am finding that if if you are off by even 1 degree it will turn a few times and catch some of the threads and feel like its on there tight but the body of the tconnector wont be compressed against the nut that screws onto the plastic intake valve of the toilet bowl that is the problem and water will just come out of that area
