I have this toilet paper holder mounted on drywall. Fits my decor and easy to install. Comes with a little hex wrench to tighten the hex screw.

Only downside is that until you get accustomed to these, if they slope downward a bit toward the open end you'll lose the roll of paper. Looks good, works great.

Piece of junk. Lasted about two months. Today, i am going to patch the wall and buy something else. Luckily this is a spare bathroom so it doesn't get much use.

Third, is that the tightening allen wrench screw stripped very easily. They require a special allen key that is fiddly and frustrating to use. However this never stays in place, it is always crooked, no matter how tight you screw it in.

There's no way for me to get this unit off the wall unless i cut a hole in the drywall and take it off that way. Tried to thicken the area with apoxy glue. Go to home depot and buy a better product.
