Pros

Put a digital padlock on it as well. It's a small deterrent for people who don't want to try too hard to steal a package on your doorstep.

It works great when it gets used. If there was one gripe, it’s the styling design. We need it because of the porch pirates.

Cons

Only reason i'm not requesting a refund is that i put it together already and asking for a amazon refund would likely involve taking it apart (something i would dread honestly) amazon gives no option to reschedule pickup through their site.

The sides of the box are bent inward enough that the lower shelf catches and doesn't drop. The lid just sits on top. The theft protecting cover is stuck in the up position and won't come down caused by the dented back panel and dented short lid.

Once you've done this, it is virtually impossible to dis-assemble and correct your mistake. The instructions are not clear! There were no directions ir even a piece of 6to tell you the website to go to to follow directions online. Oh and at 1 point th... Read More

Too hard installing the complete product. Its cables are the wrong length because i installed it in the wrong spot. It gets stuck and only after several attempts is it opened. Same problem; the screws fail and strip out.

The cable mechanism is flawed and needs manufacture to upgrade the cable appropriately.

I love it and it kept my packages safe while im at work during the delivery.

Many amazon deliveries are still left sitting next to it.

Updated delivery instructions to indicate placing items in box.

Took me about an hour to put together and i highly recommend it if you’re considering a secure delivery box.

Packaging/appearance

Although the assembly of the box was a bit challenging, the box is extremely well-made and secure for package delivery.

The top lid opens smoothly for package drop and the secure front door is super easy to lock with a padlock.

The video shows the product being unpacked.

I have even watched on ring where a thief came and open the top of the box to look in and notice the blockers.
