I usually like anything i get from zhou but this product didn't do well for me. I have keto strips to test my keto levels and even after 5 days of strict keto eating and taking my supplement there were no changes. These are a hoax.

She has tried a number of other products to help with energy and focus but has always struggled to find one that worked consistently that didnt have caffeine in it caffeine works but always has a stronger side effect which isnt worth it
