Pros & Cons
Pros
Sr’s triple strength omega-3 fish oil proves 1250 mgs in one capsule. It provides 1400 mgs of omega-3 fatty acids in four capsules.
Softgels are on the larger size but relatively easy to *. Does not taste fishy. Easy to * and no aftertaste.
Cons
The expiration date is 2/2020 so they should be fresh. As i cut the capsule slightly, the fish oil inside it puts moderate-strong fishy smell, which usually happens with rancid (oxidized) fish oil. Will be returning.
Highlights
Quality
Sports research puts out quality products; highly recommend.
This is a great product that i take every day without fail.
Potent, used to replace a fish oil rx that gave me "fish burps" and an upset stomach.
It has no flavor and what i like most is that the ingredients are of good quality
Price
Worth the prize for taste, and i love the results on my skin, and well being.
I take fish oil every day, and found that the inexpensive supplement i was using, was causing issues.
Competitiveness
I didn't get it for the keto i picked this one over the regular(non-keto) because of the higher epa and dha levels.
I decided to try these instead of the regular fish oil i had been getting, to compare.
