Sodium bhb powder really helps raise ketone levels, almost immediately. It is highly effective and will help you get into ketosis quickly. Great with ca and mg bhb to mix your own proportions.
Cons
The current product is an odorous, yellow-beige, chalky substance. This product usually raises my blood ketones on testing that i do but this did not. My wife thinks it smells like some kind of mint gum.
There was no silica packages included to prevent clumping. This product doesn't dissolve in liquid, it clumps and it tastes horrible. It was not the white, easily dissolving powder that i usually get.
