Carolyn ketchum’s cookbooks are a must. This is the first cookbook i have ever owned where the expected prep time was realistic. Lots of spacing between paragraphs. Do yourself a favor and buy this book.

Easy slow cooker chili (cooked on a stovetop) is my husband’s favorite. I made the cheddar & green onion cornbread muffins to go along with it. I only have a six-muffin baking tin (vs eight); not a problem, as they turned out great!

These soups and stews are the best i've made from a low carb cook book. Soup with cabbage is the best he has ever had, especially the one with cheese. He is not keto so i make him rice or potatoes to go with it.

This cookbook is low carb, not keto. The majority of the recipes have onions and a ton with tomatoes.
