Nothing to dislike here. One bottle is one use though, so hopefully i won’t have to do it too often as it could add up. Looking on the keurig website showed me how to put my specific machine into cleaning mode.

Before running out of the descaler, its good to have some in advance so autoship makes it easy.

For my keurig model, i really had to refer to my owners manual (or it didn't believe that i descaled the machine).
The official keurig descaling solution is not cheap (but not super expensive either).

The bottle cap came loose and it started to leak a little because it was missing the foil on top of the bottle to seal it

All the folks whose “descale” light won’t go off are likely due to using the bottle’s incorrect instructions for their machines

I followed the bottle instructions ended up with the same issues frustration then i found the instructions for my keurig model they were different from the bottle
