Love that this product is available and provides a good variety of coffee for every taste
I do add vanilla syrup as well and froth milk, makes it like a latte.
Gives me a good choice for my evening coffee and doesn't disrupt my sleep.
Packaging/appearance
Great because it is not a huge box but has just enough variety to get a taste of some new flavors.
One of the boxes did make a mistake and there was one half caff k-cup in it.
Competitiveness
I liked being able to sample several different types of decaf coffee and ultimately found that i preferred the mccafe cups.

I didnt mind i enjoyed it but if youre sensitive to caffeine just be sure to check them all before using
