Pros
Quicker, hotter and richer than the old machine. It just has that one little flaw.
New model has multistream technology, which really enhances the flavor of our brewed coffee. It pokes 5 holes in the top of the pod so you get a much much stronger cup of coffee. The reservoir is fine, you get about 3 large cups from it.
This is has a slim profile and stylish, modern look. The water container fits in the back making the design slim and sleek. It is sleek & easy to use.
Cons
This product is not quality anymore. They are not very durable. It seems to me that this is their way not to honor their warranty. This is the second and last keriug i will buy. Only lasted 6 months.
When you clamp down this keurig machine, something happens to at least half of the compostable pods where it will have additional streams of water coming down. I am pretty sure the thermostat overheated. It’s drips more after brewing so the drip pan h... Read More

I gave this product 4 stars because of its compact size, attractive white color, and the fact that it dispenses quickly, without leaking.
Coffee is made very quickly, has excellent taste, and is quite hot.
It must be refilled before dispensing 4 cups as the water level is too low for a 4th large cup.
Good but more of a burnt red and i wanted fire engine red.

Size cups choice is great, cannot beat the price.
I had a regular coffeemaker for many years and while appears to be more expensive has turned into my go to for my morning coffee.
I’ve bought several keurig coffee makers and this was at a good price.
But, i suddenly grew weary of the melitta process and purchased this at a good sale price.

I was dripping with a melitta cone filter for over 20 years once my only other keurig machine died which was the size of a spaceship and only lasted a couple of years
