Pros
It brews the coffee fast and hot. It captures the coffee if one forgets to put a cup on it. It also allows for removing the cup pedestal and filling a travel mug directly.
Cons
This model is garbage and so am back using my keurig that is over 10 yrs. It’s very light weight (i guess that would make it portable—but exactly where would i be taking it? This one is thumbs down.
Keurig recently changed their warranty. Unfortunately this is the second unit i purchased with the exact same problem. Will not turn on at all. And none of the trouble shooting works.
The multistream tech is a marketing gimmick to get you to upgrade to a new keurig. All have the same defect which is the shutoff temperature gauge internal to the machine.
There is nothing on the box or in the pamphlet that comes with the appliance this is a requirement. There is a 1-year warranty, it is only good if you have the receipt. All we want is either a refund or a replacement, that is it.

We wasted easily 2-3 hours on the phone & over 12 days waiting for a response from keurig on how to fix this issue & we had to call again.
This unit has no internet connection, you insert your k-cup push the number of ounces and it makes your coffee.
Price
For the price "black friday" was great.
I paid $79 for the slim last year and i got this one for $99.
Great price for this keurig , i checked box stores they had them for higher price .
All-in-all, it's worth the extra $20 bucks.
