Pros

The coffee maker is slim and fits perfectly without a huge foot print. Very nice replacement from the pod keurig 2.

This new model appears to be very nicely engineered, at least on the outside. There is a youtube video that tells you how to use the descaling. They are very informative for set up and cleaning.

This has the multi stream brewing which makes a much better cup of coffee. The reservoir is heavy duty plastic, with a substantial handle. My husband uses a large cup and now can get 12 oz serving.

Every brewed cup has the identical great flavor, plus hot and fast! Great coffee taste and is silent when brewing. Water boils at a lower temperature up here, so the brew temperature is lowered a bit. Like how quick this machine brews coffee.

Cons

Don't be fooled by the hype over this model. Keurig quality is not what it used to be. A lot of very discouraging stories about their poor customer support.

Competitiveness

Able to program as you desire cups and a strong coffe.

I've owned several keurigs over the last 10 years, and virtually all of them failed within the first year with pump system failures.

Cutting off a little more than a 1/4" from the top leaves less grounds in the cup.

But slow to brew compared to my other keurigs.
