Pros
Better taste with the multi-stream tech. Provides instant hot coffee at all times.
This is a great coffee machine - coffee comes out very flavourful and piping hot. Works great, 3 temp setting and 3 strength settings.
Cons
This thing feels so flimsy and cheap i cannot even put it into words. It feels like the smallest impact will render it inoperative.
Followed online guidance for troubleshooting and finally contacted keurig directly. Return for a new one. For the price of the unit and the supposed warranty they offer, you’d assume you would receive more help or customer service.
If you don't want to use disposable k-cups, you'll have to use third-party cups. The machine can only hold 2 tablespoons of grinds, which isn't enough for 10oz.
Not impressed. What a disappointment that they know they have a real problem and yet instead of fixing it they peddle out the same problem.

Purchased this item in december of 2023, july of 2024 it stopped working!

Then they advertised their "boxing day special"--now it was even more expensive--$130.
One day it'd be $140 and the next $190.
I'm glad i didn't pay the current price.
The day before christmas the price jumped from $98 to about $110.

I pulled the trigger and got mine for $98 before christmas, even though they said it wouldn't arrive until after christmas.
Update called keurig canada they are sending me a new one!

Didnt know my previous keurig re usable pods wouldnt fit had to purchase the right sizedont know how to set the favourite buttons still working on that
