Pros
Love our keurig. But it’s good. Handle with care lol. The only complaint is that the driver didn't knock on the door or ring the doorbell. The coffee maker is simple to use and simple to clean.
The 5 hole pods instead of the old style one prong spout. From filling the tank, to brew abilities. Has an “over ice” brew that works awesome for iced coffee.
Cons
The low water sensor does not work during descale. The water reservoir is awkward to put on and small. The new multi stream tech has 4 additional spouts ensure all the grounds are soaked - so it dumps a pile of water and quickly it doesn't have a chan... Read More
Compared to the various keurigs i've owned, this makes the weakest coffee of them all. It's worse that the cheaper keurig k200. If you like your coffee weak then i guess it's for you.

Simple and easy to use coffee pot came with a filter however the way it pokes the holes in the top can sometimes make coffee ground go into your drink
