The k145 works as advertised so far (1 month) purchased to replace a old commercial keurig used for many many years. This is a replacement unit for our original consumer grade keurigs that started wearing out after 3-4 years of every day use.

Cons

This thing is so loud when operating, it becomes disruptive to meetings being held in the next room. Makes a horribly loud noise when it's brewing (not great when someone else is sleeping) won't make any coffee.
