My machine worked perfectly for 11 years, and the one i bought for my parents is still going strong!
Works great and have had no issues
After 11 years the pressurization pump started to fail, taking several minutes before actually brewing.
Over the years i descaled it 3 times, used only filtered water and turned it on only when wanting to brew, then back off.
Price
All at the cost of our environment!
This is one of their top of the line models, but it's worth every penny.
It is priced high but no longer option in stores.
00 for mine so you might want to do some research.

The machine was brand new in its original packaging and works with no concerns.
And they trick you with different packaging to make it seem like the bulk prices are cheaper when most of the time, they are not.

We have our keurig for well over 3 years with a single problem

People that complain about the coffee being weak dont have a clue how to use the keurig or cant read instructions

Over the years the keurig has developed a few quirks the only one worth mentioning in a review is when descaling

After descaling the keurig will not function properly machine gurgles then acts as if it filled the cup

To fix this issue i run a vinegar and water solution through the brewer and let it set for 12 hours
