Pros

The quality is very good, especially exquisite, small and exquisite. The workmanship and texture are very good. It is visible to see from the street and the color is outstanding.

It keeps the keys dry as well so no worry about rust. Could also use in an interior closet to store small valuables items. Seems adequately weather resistant, but mine is in a spot on the deck that's not directly in the elements.

Used a pencil to mark four holes. Drilled four pilot holes. In four screws. Was a snap to install next to the * for the dog sitter.

It is so much easier to just leave a key and let people get in and out without having to bother the ranger. It's very convenient to use.

Cons

This unit is not weatherproof. Doesn't latch easily. Would recommend not wasting your money.

The mounting screws are junk as the first two broke off when tightened with just a screwdriver after drilling pilot holes in wood.

The lockbox was working great for 6 months and then1 day it stopped working.

Price

I need a wall install locker and this one is meet my requirement and not expensive (the best point).

So convenient to have the box hanging outside in a sheltered location to allow family and friends easy access to our home.

This is the 3rd box we've purchased and they are perfect

I have a couple of these lockboxes but i bought this 1 from this company because of the different color options.

It has more space and fits more keys then the master lock brand.
