After having rinsed the keyboard protector with lukewarm water the shield became ill fitting and eventually had to be discarded

At first you do not feel like there is any sort of adhesive on it and it will slide right off but rest assured it is there to stay

Beware that when you get this it will rub on your screen and depending on the quality of your screen it may or may not mar it

It does the job of covering the keyboard just not very convenient

Its not a perfect fit though as the edges sometimes pull up when i hit the ctrl or arrow key at the bottom edges
