Pros
It muffles my keystrokes and even dulls the typing noise. Feels great when typing only thing i dislike it does not stay in place after a while.
No complaints about their customer support. It's a good cover but gets its wear and tear for sure. Not much to really say other than this item is just as described.
Easy to install. Keeps the keyboard clean. I just wipe this cover down at the end of each day. It helps protect keyboard from dust and spills.
Bought this for my detachable keyboard on the surface pro 7. I have a surface pro 4 & 7 and it fit both. I woud recommend the keyboard cover to anyone with a surface 7.
Cons
Returned unopened one and was charged 20% for the return. This is advertised as fitting a surface pro 6. The colors are beautiful but there is no adhesive to stick it to your keyboard.

I called amazon who put me in touch with casebuy via email since their is no casebuy support line

Technically when i contacted casebuy it was over the returnreplacement period

I explained my situation about the keyboard cover not sticking and within 24 hours received a reply telling me that they will send me a replacement item direct to me

Frankly i have owned many laptops and pcs in my life and this is the first time i have ever had to buy a keyboard cover since the quality of the keys on the microsoft keyboard is so poor

The colored option is opaque so the backlit keyboard will not be as visible through it especially in dark lighting
