Pros

Keycap remover and extra keys for windows are great quality. The lighting is a little dim, but that's not a deal breaker for me. The keycaps fingerprint somewhat easily, but i knew that coming in.

The keyboard is extremely pleasing esthetically. The frame of this keyboard is very sturdy, does not scratch easily.

Cons

Product is literally unusable after the battery dies, even while it’s plugged in. Out of nowhere i have to manipulate the chord to get it to charge properly. The rgb backlight is dim even on the brightest setting.

The only way to reconnect is to switch it to wired mode and then back to bluetooth. Logitech bluetooth keyboards also fall asleep, but connect immediately when you touch them. If the k10 moves any more than 3 feet away from the pc, it struggles to sta... Read More

If you are in the middle of using a slack kind of application, the keys are a nightmare. Very disappointing and had to return it back.

That's the first time i bought a hot swap keyboard, i think that's the best one on amazon and the price is good too.

Competitiveness

The keycap remover and the extra keys for windows are great quality.

However, i am not crazy about the keyboard (or any laptop keyboard for that matter) and purchased the k6 with gateron "blue" switches.

Also, i didn't like the cheap keycaps.

0, razer huntsman elite, steelseries apex pro, logitech g610, and a few more that i can't remember.
