The keyboard is fine (except for the battery issue) customer support, however, is not.

Quality
Has a nice solid heft and rigid structure with the ability to connect between three devices with just the fn+1/2/3 keys.
Boxing and instructions are done very nicely.
Battery level can be easily checked with fn+b (backlight level corresponds with the battery level).
There isn't much available for the k10.
Competitiveness
I only wish they sold more keycaps sets for these keyboards.
Not much support, not much for accessories such as keycaps.
