The general amazon support said they could not help me and suggested i return the original and buy a new one for 30 less

When you have the multiple layers including the sounddampening foam you really notice your keyboard isnt just some piece of slapped together

The hot swapping was really simple it was the first time id actually hot swapped switches

Just some advice for beginners make sure youre grabbing onto the little clips some switches will have dont just try to yank it out with force
