Small footprint is a good idea in theory, but very, very frustrating. I clearly am not the only one who is having this issue from a quick google search.

Save your coin and buy from a different company, this company is a sham. The responses from keychron warranty team are non existent. Im hoping the company can do somethign to rectify this.
