Pros

Only real downside for me is the lack of dedicated media controls. Planning to try it out on my tablet and notebook at some point. I'm not sure if there is a way around this if you are using it wired.

I prefer the osa profile keycaps by keychron. The grey keycaps with white letters are easier to read during the day.

They sound clicky, unexpectedly so given their definite tactile response. But the overall effect is complimentary. There's just a little bit of that tactile bump without feeling too clicky.

The k4 is sturdy. Works well, feels sturdy, bluetooth is stable with my mbp. The aluminum frame gives it a feel equal to that of some $200 counterparts i've tried.

This is very tedious to use without an palm rest and is poorly designed.

Price

Really an amazing value for the price.

Great price and great board for customizing .

The cord isfor a $100 keyboard - this is good, but not great.

The typing experience has been wonderful - i have used apple's own keyboard and i like this much better.

There are better options out there but nothing at this price point and nothing that has mac native capabilities that i’ve seen.

Don't listen to wirecutter and others who say there are no good cheap bluetooth mech boards - get this one.
