Pros & Cons
Pros
If you're interested in keyboards and looking for a prebuilt to start on, this is the best one in my opinion. Good to throw in the backpack and haul into work if you have to head in to the office.
The mpb has the best battery life, os compatibility, and customization out there. One annoyance i have with the hardware isn't due to the build quality but rather the placement of the usb c port and bluetooth toggle switch. With usb connection, everyt... Read More
It is quite thick, buy a wrist rest.
The battery lasts forever and i don't have to worry about connectivity issues at all. Connectivity is amazing as well, sometimes there are hiccups but it's something i can look over easily. I hope it lasts me for a very long time.
The keyboard is wireless, hotswappable, and easy to use. It has a hot swap sockets and it might get some new switches for a different typing feel. The hot swap is 5 pin and 3 pin which is great and was very easy to take out switches.
Cons
The keys are abs plastic instead of double-shot pbt, the case isn't fully aluminum, it's just an aluminum outer frame that wraps around the plastic chassis. The keycaps are of very poor quality, probably some of the poorest that come with a premium ke... Read More
Highlights
Quality
A very good keyboard for gaming, perfect size as well to still be convenient for conventional use as well as gaming.
The aluminum rails that come with this option really give it a solid weight and help to anchor the keyboard to the desk.
The keycaps it comes with have a horrible slippery texture and are pretty transparent with the rgbs shining through.
This keyboard is made with really nice materials, but you cannot remap the keys using via.
Price
Ultimately for the bang for the buck this is good for a beginning model purchase.
Not a solid aluminum chassis but you can’t really get that at this price point.
Shipping
Been just over a week and haven't needed to charge it.
Packaging/appearance
Out of the box, the aluminum corners (where the pieces meet) weren't perfectly flush with each other, but it's a pretty minor t... Read More
I decided to change the browns it came with and go with kailh box blacks.
Competitiveness
Great value and sounds better than a ducky one2mini.
Other then that it’s a nice keyboard with plenty of features that you can’t get with any other brand.
They're smoother and more tactile than mx browns; i'd say 60% and 15% more, respectively.
