While the high and the quality of the keycaps are an issue, they can be easily fixed.
I needed to replace my das keyboard with red switches as working with the clicky keyboard during video conferences was very distracting.
Packaging/appearance
I haven't tried hot-swapping the keys, but i'd like to switch out the gateron blues for some more clicky switches like the kailh jades.
Competitiveness

Bought kailh silent pinks and those do not work with this pcb.
Also, tkl layout makes it easy to find replacement keycaps, compared to everything else in keychron's k series lineup.

The keycap legends are lower quality but you will likely need to replace any of keychrons abs keycaps in a few years anyway
