Takes a beating and reliably works every time.
Tried many others and this is the only one i can get to work correctly.
I tried and tried to get my software to recognize the com port, and it kept saying it could not open it.
Price
In this price range i was expecting good quality of pins on serial ports side but that looks cheap.
I don't need to get them the over-priced touchbooks with serial connection when i use these to connect.
Shipping
Had to use this for work, every other place was in backorder and couldn't get it anywhere without long shipping dates.
Packaging/appearance
That is no big deal except there was nothing on the packaging with it that stated i needed to download a driver.
If there had been something in the packaging about downloading a driver, then there would have been no issue.

Comes with a cd for the drivers which is a pain for most laptops and you need a usb cd drive
