Pros
This detector monitors both co2 and natural gas/propane. It's brand new so hopefully it's not a battery eater. Has a 9v battery as backup.
This is the 3rd one i have installed. Once plugged into wall socket, everything works great.

Would’ve given it 5 stars except for the fact that it’s maddening trying to figure out how to open the back to remove the adaptor and install the backup battery

If you have trouble getting the back to slide open don’t take a sledge hammer to it
