I do wish the whole pack were the large round ones as i find the heart shaped ones thinner and more prone to slipping or wrinkling up in the bra but its not a major problem

Very absorbent great to have two sizes as the thinner ones work better in the day and the fat ones at night when feeds are more sporadic
