Pros
All you need from your toolbox is a phillips head screwdriver. It is stable and very easy to assemble.
The sandbox looks awesome, and seems more sturdy than others we've seen at friends' homes. The rake next to it is to gauge its actual size.
Only thing i didn't like is that the mesh doesn't cover what it claims it claims to. Ended up ordering a tarp to cover the sandbox from rainy days, as the mesh cover is more for keeping larger animals out. The only issue i have had is one of the strap... Read More
Corner seats are a great feature. Nice corner seating areas for adults. The corner seats naturally create dedicated play areas.
Yes, it is pinewood and it may not last forever. Has a permeable liner for under the sand.
Cons
collects spiders under the plastic. Plastic liner has holes to drain at bottom but also allows sand to get out. The corners bend and warp even under the weight of a 30lb 2. We will update this review if we receive an update.
To me, this is a slight time saver and is worth about 1/4 of what this cost on amazon. It is low quality and doesn't hold up to anything.

Quality
Everything seems nice sturdy and fairly easy assembly
Easy to assemble, big play space and the seats on each corner make it easy for adults to participate too.
The cover is ok for summer but this thing ended up moldy and started falling apart after 1 winter.
The cover that it comes with is cheaply made however and broke within the first few weeks of use.
Price
This sandbox was very good for the money and can't complain about anything.
Prices on this app are 8x what i paid.
If it werent for the ants i would totally recommend it for price and playability.

And all the pieces arrived in good shape very quickly.
Packaging/appearance
The box is fine but the cover is nearly worthless.
The mesh cover it comes with is pretty much useless because its mesh and you have to tie it in the holes of the box.
Also, note that play sand is bagged with moisture for packing purposes.
It came in a single box with minimal parts making it super easy to assemble.

It doesnt cover the whole box lets the rain in and after just a couple times of putting the cover on an off the ties started breaking off
