The product was protectively packed for shipping, it's just damage that happened when making this toy. For the price this is a huge disappointment and an absolute waste of money.

I will give any one that needs it this advice i used the yellowish screws wherever the wood colored parts that showed to the play area

I used the chrome screws underneath the levels of the garage where they would not show
