No response from seller on warranty claim. Took a higher quality sd card and tried that. Same issue. Sadly the camera is 1 week outside the return window, so we’re stuck w junk.

My granddaughter loved this product & has fun with it.
It's the perfect gift for kids, however the quality of the pictures is poor.

We considered getting her a camera that prints pictures like a polaroid but she takes so many pictures that she’d use the pages up immediately
