Pros
These are super durable and comfortable. But a bit pricey for all that. Good comfy support.
The soles of my granddaughter's size 4 sneakers were worn out. The scent is pleasant without being overpowering. If you're looking for decent kids soles to get you through between shoe sizes, these are a great option.
It can be sized to almost any kid shoe.
Cons
It literally smells like a plastic factory in china! Smells like an industrial glue. There was zero candy apple coming off of these. These are just replacement insoles— so that was a disappointment.

That leads to a lot of foul smelling shoes and soles that are just crusty and gross (how that doesn't bother her senses, i don't know).
Price
So much less expensive than having to get new shoes!
Highly recommend; especially if you are on a budget.
But a bit pricey for all that.
