The gummies are not bad, they have a slight * taste to them. I like that they're not very sugary. Good quality vitamins and vegan option for lacto intolerant children.

It helps to calm my children is the best of ways. Especially in the late evening when bed time nears and energy is high. My daughter who fights sleep a little more, takes more to relax but once she does it seems like she’s sleeping better and longer.

The freshness of these gummies are inconsistent. It seems every other bottle i’ve received contains gummies that are stale and rock hard. The magnesium content in each gummy is only 12% of daily need.
