Pros
Great space saver and the ortho mattress is very comfortable. Only critisism is it's a bit squeaky/noisy when my son is moving.
This bed is brilliant! A brilliant purchase tho so you won't be disappointed.
Most importantly my 5 years daughter is very happy. My 4 year old loves her new bed and thoroughly enjoyed helping construct it!
Only complaint is there is no back to the shelving unit which means things fall off under the bed and are hard to retrieve. The small bookshelf/shelf unit is quite deep so excellent for books or nice coloured boxes to store toys.
Cons
Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. The wood is cheap * and the paint scratches off very easily. Waste of money.
It's a big job to assemble as every bit is flat packed. Parts of the boards were chipped on arrival. The screws and instructions were all messed up.

Built pretty easily and the quality is good.
Each bed took around 2-3 hours and very satisfied with the build and the quality.
We had a issue where the mattress didnt arrive with the other boxes.

Excellent quality, ideal packaging, i'm very happy with my purchase.

Firstly have to say we purchased these beds based on the reviews and due to new house circumstances didn’t set them up until 3 months after delivery

Rude staff didn’t listen to any concerns just kept reading from the script they must have been given as they all said the same thing
