Pros

It’s a little pricey up front but definitely worth it to me as it helps me sleep and lasts quite a while. This blend really works for my two energetic little boys.

Hot water, essential oil, and baking soda. Used it with diffuser for my baby 6m. If i diffuse this, it helps a great deal! I rub it on their feet with extracted coconut oil before they go to bed or put some in the diffuser.

Cons

The smell is horrible and the blend is pungent. My husband says it smells like men's cologne. I though to * with this and grabbed soap and water to clean the product off of him.

I happen to hate patchouli and after a few minutes of it diffusing in our bedroom i could smell it everywhere in the house. There is definitely something kind of musty about the smell, and it actually makes me feel a little nauseated.
