Pros & Cons
Pros
The silicon cover works very well, sealing completely. It is sturdy and stable and looks great sitting on my worktop.
The jar is ideal for homemade kimchi and sauerkraut. Courgettes are really good in this as they get quite fizzy. I'm not good at eating veg but this helps and fermented veg is more nutritious.
