It didn't interfere with the touch sensitivity.

You had to pull the side out a bit to get it to fit but it fits snug and doesn’t make the fitbit bigger or bulky

I just tried to use the ecg function on my watch it does not work due to the plastic case

In order to use that function you have to place your fingers on the metal corners of the watch
