Pros

The battery life is still good, and in many ways i prefer it to my husband's newer kindle. It is thin and lightweight, and the battery lasts a long time.

Needed to replace my long suffering (now dead dead) kindle. This one is spectacular. What i need is a new cover with a built in light like my old one that's kind of glitchy & you have to hold it just right for the light to stay on.

Cons

This was a used item and as such, it comes with a great risk of durability. With the amount of money i spent on it and ebooks, i really think that it would have been more economical just to stick to physical books.
