Cons

Software issues are that much more infuriating- because when it needs to be reset it loses all the downloads! The response time is not great. It's stuck on loading annotations. I close it and open it and it freezes on the ad.

The only way to get a book into the child's library (they tell me) is do download it from amazon kids+. The amazon content shows up above the kid’s own library and downloaded books. It's too much effort to deal with this if you plan on owning your boo... Read More

This is pathetic in 2023. It just seems poorly made. The battery is terrible. It's a pain. Itdestroys the battery.
