The reason i give it a 4star rating is because the kindle is a slow when transitioning from screen to screen and the searching option is super slow

However the kindle will not charge past 99 no matter how long on the charger seems to diminish battery quickly went from 99 to 94 in about ten minutes and every time i move the screen aka turn the page scroll ect the screen flashes black and gray
