The cover usually cost $43 but was on sale for $15 on prime day so i got it for free.

Definitely get a case, as you can scratch the screen.

It lacks a couple of nice to haves,but it is 80 bucks cheaper than the voyage model.

Two complaints which keep me from giving it fivestars they way i like to hold it onehanded with part of my hand on the bottom of the tablecase as with a light paperpack hurts my hand as thats where the buttonscord port is located

Secondly as others have mentioned the batterycharge on this is nowhere near what my old kindle could hold

I can barely get thru a 300page book without having to recharge it which is somewhat annoying

I returned the device and bought a kindle oasis with a 7 inch screen and much much happier with the larger screen

The book is almost always better than the movie and you have to admit that a bad narrator will kill an audiobook just as fast
