The touch screen is super glitchy. The bundled cover has a pronounced chemical odor that has not dissipated after several hours. There is no library screen.

I'm amazed and disgusted by how they're doing their best to deceive their customers. The kindles are sluggish cheaply made and over charged hardware!

It is inconvenient to have to repackage the device for shipping and then drop off at a ups store, but shipping is free with amazon return label. Buyer beware that there 2 year worry free guarantee is sketchy.
