The low glare screen is awesome when you just want to read, and is certainly better than trying to read on the glossy screen of a typical tablet. The font sizes are adjustable. The backlight doesn't disturb your sleeping partner.

The battery life on this device is much improved. I have an oasis which i absolutely adore, but the battery life isn’t as good as my old paperwhite. The battery lasts forever!

Paperwhite is e-ink technology, so it closely mimics a book. Have read multiple books, and two trilogies series. It is so convenient and holds so many books. And god forbid you're on a long flight and read everything and have to buy another darn book.... Read More

The case is a pretty color and sturdy. It's small enough to fit in my purse, so i can take it anywhere. My only concern is that the inside is velvety-like texture.
